# Aligned AI Works

> AI workflows and automation for Microsoft 365 and other business systems. Aligned builds integrations that turn incoming requests and documents into work a team can review and act on.

Aligned AI Works is a practice of Aligned Software Solutions Inc., based in Vancouver, Canada. Business owners, operations leaders, and technical sponsors can commission the work; an internal engineering team is not required. Microsoft 365 is a common starting point, alongside other business applications and Azure.

The practice implements workflows or helps choose between existing products, configuration, ordinary automation, and custom integration. AI interprets varied inputs and prepares drafts; software handles calculations and business rules; people review and approve consequential actions. Licensing, permissions, running costs, maintenance, and handover are part of the scope discussion.

The quote, invoice, service-report, and onboarding workflows on the homepage are illustrative applications, not client case studies. Microsoft certifications described on the site are held by the engineer leading projects, rather than being organizational partner designations.
